The Handcuffs are an Uncommon Catcher in Unturned 3.
Overview:
The Handcuffs can be used on a Player using the Surrendering Gesture. When used, it restrains that Player’s hands, preventing them from equipping, picking up, or using items.
Only the Player who locked them can unlock their Handcuffs using a Handcuffs Key. However, locked Players can break out of their Handcuffs by leaning back and forth with the Q and E keys by default 128 times. However, this results in the Handcuffs being destroyed, rather than unlocked, as the handcuffs do not go into any player’s inventory or drop.
Acquirement:
The Handcuffs are found at Police Locations.

The Handcuffs Key is an Uncommon Releaser in Unturned 3.
Overview:
The Handcuffs Key is used to unlock Players who are restrained with Handcuffs. Only the Player who placed the Handcuffs can unlock restrained Players.
Acquirement:
The Handcuffs Key is found at Police Locations and the Belfast Airport.
